There's not a "set" weight a boa is "suppose" to be at 9 foot.

When deciding to breed a female she should be:
Well muscled and solid. She shouldn't be so heavy that you have "scale seperation". This could indicated she's much to fat. Also, her skin shouldn't be "hanging" on her body. That could indicate she's too skinny. To determine if her skin is "hanging" all you have to do it see if you can "pinch" her skin. It's very hard to pinch the skin on a boa that's "solid". She should be well filled out(solid). She should be in excellent health.

Your average 9 foot boa weighs between 40 and 50 pounds. If your boas is well muscled and solid she should be in that weight range.
Boas that are this size tend to be on the "girthy" side.
