Your leopard geckos can definitely eat butterworms. It is good to vary the diet of you reptiles. Butterworms have a higher calcium percentage than most other insects that are commonly used as feeders for reptiles which is very good (especially when breeding). I think the only feeder higher in calcium is the phoenix worm.
