Most breeders websites have really good info. However I would look into getting a book too. Most websites can't go as in depth as a good book. The Ball Python Manual from AVS is OK, I know there has to be a better more complete book but I don't know what it is or where you would get it.



It is usually not a problem finding the information you need, but the problems usually arise from not listening to the advise.



ie..When someone says leave the snake alone for a week after getting it, it does not mean carry it around to show all your friends, then shove mice in it's face and wonder why it won't eat.
