What the above poster said is the best advice, give them a set amount of time and let them eat their fill, try again in a day or two. Try to maintain a chubby, but not overly so, tail and you'll be fine.
But I just wanted to correct one thing, Leopard geckos can overeat and it is as sad as an underfed gecko. I personally had to have a talk with a relative whose gecko was greatly overweight, thankfully a little gecko dieting and the guy is much happier and much more active. In that case, it was a combination of over hand feeding and not paying attention. ----- 0.1 Albino Leo Gecko
