How long has it been going on? Does she compensate by drinking a lot of water? Perhaps temps a bit warm? Test the thermostat.
I would call it a little abnormal, but not excessively so. If she's drinking lots of water, give it some thought what happens when we drink a lot.
If you are still concerned about it, then I would say you need some blood work done to make sure all is well INSIDE the snake. A fecal floatation will only reveal the parasites or protozoas. But personally, I would watch and try to notice more. It helps if a vet does become needed to have all the right info.
