CheriS & Others...Help w/ eggs, please.

I have eggs incubating that were laid 3 wks. ago today. My first time; my beardies first fertile clutch. I took the eggs out of laying box exactly the way they were laid, (I marked them before moving them.) Everything's going great, but looking at them tonight, I became concerned. Veins are spidering across the top, but every one of them looks like yolk is in the bottom. They're all plump, firm & white. Am I just being nervous thinking that something's wrong, or IS something wrong? Thanks so much for your replies!
