You can't get there with one breeding, by definition a ghost is a anery/hypo(salmon) which means each parent must supply one anery gene and at least one of the parents must also supply a hypo gene. If you bred her to an anery (or ghost), saved back either a pair with at least one being a hypo. Or saved back a female hypo to breed back to the father. Then you could/should get some ghosts. Assuming your female was ready to go this year, it would take at least 4 or 5 years probably longer to produce Ghosts.

I would recommend buying what you want (and can afford) withbthe genetics to produce the babies you want. Pairings thatwill produce at least some ghosts:

het anery x hypo het anery
het anery x ghost
het anery x super ghost (or homozygous hypo/anery)

anery x hypo het anery
anery x ghost
anery x super ghost

hypo het anery x hypo het anery
hypo het anery x ghost
hypo het anery x super ghost

ghost x ghost
ghost x super ghost

super ghost x super ghost

>>I have a question about breeding. I have a pastel salmon and want to produce ghosts. How would I go about doing so? If I breed an ghost to her will there be any ghosts in the litter. What about an anery? Just another thought what would I get if I breed an albino to her.
