You should feed him in the morning as many crickets as he can eat (about an hour after lights on to make sure he is warmed up enough) then leave mixed greens, chopped finely (approximately quarter inch square) with him for the day. The greens should be collard, mustard, dandelion greens, endive and escarole (at least two of these should be used as a stable). In addition to the stables, parsley, kale, and other dark greens can be mixed in as variety. Mixed frozen vegetables (thawed and chopped) can be sprinkled on top once in awhile.
He should be getting as much crickets as he can eat in 10 - 15 minutes (at his small sized, probably 1/4 inch to half inch crickets should be used). My dragon eats 12 or so per feeding and he is 7 months old. (or about 7 silkworms). You should feed him once in the morning and again in the early evening (around supper time, 5pm or 6pm) A fresh batch of greens should be offered again. Don't forget to dust his crickets once every other day with a multi vitamine and calcium with D3 suppliments.
