This is kind of a coin toss (in my opinion). I assume you have a fair amount of experience with your collection and by now you know what to look for as far as what is normal, healthy behavior and what is a possible sign of parasites, infections, etc.

But...status quo says three months....

You really didn't tell us why they can't stay in your son's room for another four weeks...is he too young? scared? not enough room for both him and the snakes?

Do you have another area in the house that would be suitable for the remaining quarantine period?

If the only option you have is too bring them into the same room/space as the rest of your collection...then this is what I would do...

Hopefully, you have a herp vet you know and trust. Bring all three snakes for complete physicals...you may need to bring fecal samples in. If the vet comes back with an "all clear"...then go ahead and move them.

My vet charges me per visit not per animal since my animals are small and quickly and easily checked out. Unlike multiple dogs or cats where stress can cause "behaviors". Each snake is transported in it's own tub and the vet washes between each examination.

Instead of paying $50-$70 per animal I pay a flat rate for the exam and any tests or medications are tacked on as needed. If you talk with your vet ahead of time you may be able to work out a similar deal. Think about it this way: $200 (possible) to check out everyone or risk the whole investment and possibly the rest of your animals...which is the greater sacrifice?
