I have experience with ball pythons, my kids mother doesnt want them in her room, and because its been brutally hot by me, my AC is set at 75 which i dont want to keep hatchlings at. My son is 4 and plays in his room constantly, and the cinny will only eat live so me being somewhat anal I dont want to feed live rats in the room he sleeps in just for health purposes if they ate F/T it would be different, possibly,. I have always quarantined for 3 mos but im a little lost on this situation. I house my animals seperatly and I use gloves,germ-x and chlorhexadine when dealing with ANYTHING not added to my established collection and animals that are already there.
