I have never had a gravid Burmese eat. They do not want to eat anything after an ovulation to keep from damaging the eggs.

It does look like you are over feeding your snake from your pictures. If thats a 8 foot burm with just a rat in it then you need to get her to a vet because there is something else wrong with her. Could be impacted or have a large cyst. I have seen cysts that look like that in Monitors But never in a burmese.
