I recently purchased some snakes from someone and they thru in a free boa. I deal strictly with pythons and know very little about boas. He has respitory(big suprise) but he also has some kind of lump inside him about 1/3 of his body up from his tail. It has been there for some time(2 weeks) and is now going away. He is not impacted because he has gone several times since I got him. Does anyone know what type of health problems they are prone to and any possible solutions. There are not any good reptile vets in my area that I trust. I have just about everything for my pythons(baytril, panacur, parazap ect). Right now he is being house in a 20L with an ambient temp of 86-90 day and 80-82 night. I know he could take it cooler, but I want to get the resp out naturally and not have to use meds.
