Posted by: joeltfoster at Sat Aug 12 09:48:17 2006 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by joeltfoster ] my girl just laid her first clutch and i was anticipating this for a while. i gave her calcium covered crickets, fed the crickets gut load b4 i put them in the leo cage, i gave her a nice vermiculite hide for laying and now i have 2 eggs. i made one mistake.. i didnt make the hole above the vermiculite and she sorta pushed it all against the enterance. over the course of the night she must have punctured an egg because one was oozing. to make a long story short...i was wondering if theres any way of constructing an incubator. i put a digi thermometer in the case with the egg and tried to regulate the temp with a heat lamp. please help. i would love to save this egg, and even if it turns out being infertile i need the practice [ Hide Replies ]
