Posted by: ericthemantis at Tue May 20 15:23:59 2003 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by ericthemantis ] Thanks. My hatchling isn't interested at all in dead food. I tried an appropriate sized white mouse with no success, so I'm wondering if it's the color thing. I'll try a different colored mouse next. I actually got her to strike and (semi) coil around a live small rat, but it was too big. It was a white-tan/brindle color. Can they actually tell the difference between a frozen/thawed mouse that you're dangling in front of them, and a live one? [ Hide Replies ]
