Well since albinism is actually amelanism (lack of black pigment) the brown sadles are a function of red and yellow pigments in concert with black. So, if you're hoping for albinos with strong reds, go with hets that show strong reds. If you want less reds, select animals that show less red.

And don't forget the genetic "trend toward normalcy" that means even picking out your very reddest, you may have some animals that sort of "average out."
