Glass gets colder than plastic does, and I've cracked the bottom of tanks trying to get the heat right. Also, plastic cages allow you to come directly at the snake from the front, rather than a giant hand coming over the top of them. But if you can keep the heat and humidity correct and stable, I don't think it matters one bit what kind of cage you use. IMO, it's all about personal preference, people are going to tell you that plastic cages are the best in the world because that's what works for them, if you like what you have, and it works for you and the snake, go for it. | ||
