Need Help With My Mountain Dragon

I need help with my MHD her eye wont open! i tried using a Q-tip with water to carefully clean her eye but she still wont open it... Im afraid that she is never gonna see out of her right eye again anyone have any suggestions or ideas please help any tip would help, please post up
