help needed ASAP

ok my dragon threw up this morning,went to the bathroom 10 minutes ago n it was watery n he is twitching n doin backflips wut is wrong pleeeeeeez help me ive had him 3 days n idk wuts wrong help meeeee!!!!!!!!!
