Twitching and the seizures sound to me like a calcium defisciency. Get calcium in him. Put calcium in water mix it up and get him to drink it from a dropper or syringe, or go to a pharmacy and get liquid cacium. The second being the best. I suggest getting him to a vet as soon as possible, for a shot of calcium. Are you providing UVB lights for him? Are you dusting his food with calcium and d3? What are his temps?
