I don't understand. Why would someone need to breed corns or kings before ball pythons? And why must they be experienced breeders before they can become knowledgeable enough to answer questions?
I'll admit that I'm new to this. Unless my spotted python pair produce before my balls, balls will be my first. I have been spending a GREAT deal of time on this forum and others, reading books, watching videos, talking to breeders, trying to absorb all the knowledge I possibly can. I want to be able to make as few mistakes as possible, and I want to be able to correctly answer questions when asked. There are many questions asked on this forum and the others that I frequent that are basic husbandry questions that I feel qualified to answer at this point. Answering questions and paying attention to others' answers are great learning tools in and of themselves.
It almost sounds as though you believe "Ball Python Breeders" should be a closed society, and nobody else should be allowed in. If that were true, who would you sell your snakes to????
