First off, are you ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE the other dragon is a female as well? Don't always trust who you got it from to determine the sex, you need to check yourself.
Their have been cases where females can become gravid and lay infertile eggs with no males around. If you feel any lumps at all and she's digging alot, best to give her a box to dig in so she doesn't become eggbound. A large plastic "shoebox" sized container filled moist vermiculite may be just the ticket to get her guts rolling out the eggs. If she continues with this behavior and doesn't produce eggs, you should take her to the vet. They will be able to tell you for sure, and the cost of a simple checkup is much less expensive than waiting until it's too late.
Good Luck! ----- Jenny
