Here's the new home for Loki I built today. Built from 1x2 with screen sides, mesh bottom and lid. Indoor/outdoor carpet on the bottom. Spare carpet precut off to the side, when he poops on the one in the cage I can remove it and put in the cleann one, clean the dirty one and set it to dry for next time he makes a mess. Shady side to cool off and open side for lots of sun. Mounted on an old Bar B Q Grill cart for easy moving in and out of the sun. Branches on each end for perching (and apparently jumping!) and a little half log shelter in the middle for hiding if he likes. Bowl of water in corner and plate of greens in the middle. Strip thermometer in the cool side on bottom and a electronic probe one in the basking spot. Add crickets to taste and serve.
