where would a ball python be classified any different from any other snake--usfw? i think not--it would be classified as a class 3 animal just as any snake would be other than venomous. I think it is time Dan and Collete hire a good lawyer because this just sounds like a load of crap. If they are zoned ag and even got a permit as a reptile farm, a bunch of outraged neigbors albeit uncomfortable for the sutherlands, should not make a fly speck of a difference in the legality of their business.
