definitely a beautiful snake.
This might not be what you want to do and someone else might have a better idea but if I had found it this is what I would do.
I would give it about a week to get used to its new home before bothering it.
I would then try frozen/thawed, just as you did.
If it refused it the first try, I would wait another week and try again. If it refused the second time I would wait one more week and try frozen thawed one more time.
You may think three weeks is a long time but that snake is definitely healthy looking and can easily go three weeks without eating.
I just think by spreading it over a few weeks it is more likely to get hungry enough to eat the f/t.
For each of these feedings I would put it in a large tupperware dish or very small tank so it can't miss the food. I would also leave this in the dark for a couple of hourse before checking it.

I would be willing to bet it will take the f/t by the third attempt but if it doesn't, wait one more week and try live.
My personal opinion on the live would be to stun the mouse and basiclly drop it right in front of the snake for that impulse response.
If it eats the stunned mouse then repeat this until you are sure it has a good healthy feeding response and start trying the f/t again.
