tiny clutches

I have a pair of beardies I've started breeding. Both are about three years old and 15" long. They mate frequently. However, the two clutches laid so far have been only four eggs each time. I was expecting something much more impressive. She eats well and gets supplements, UV light, etc. I took her to a vet and made sure she wasn't eggbound. What more can I do to increase her clutch size?
