feeding problem, please help

I have six ball pythons. Five of them are eating like pigs. The only one giving me grief is my new male albino het. It's been two months and he's taken one mouse. I've tried frozen, live, fresh-killed, mice, rats, gerbils, different sizes, times of day,... nothing's pleasing him! His weight is holding at 560g, so I'm not worried about his health, yet. I have three females waiting for this guy to mature, but he's not helping. Any suggestions?
