brumation problems

i live in a appartment and theres no way i can keep my snakes at 55 degrees for a full 3 months the outside temp durring the winter is way to cold and i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to cool a enclosure or how i might go about brumating my snakes i know its not that time yet but i just want to get some info for later on
