Another angle may be to keep species that do not require such low brumation temps.
For example, I've bred Calif kingsnakes for years with a Winter cooldown not lower than 60-65 degrees, but it had to be for 4 months. Same with rosyboas, cornsnakes, Florida kings. Very important is the light cycle. Keep them dark.
Spotted pythons hardly need any cooldown.
If you can't change the environment to suit the snake, change the snake to suit the environment.
