Well it depends. A lot of breeders have their dragons in cool down. They still have some holdbacks for sale though. And some breeders breed year round or specificly in winter to supply the pet trade. As far a shipping goes sometimes they do sometimes they dont. they can ship with heatpacks. But sometimes they say there is no garentee anymore.
