I have noticed that many times, especially when a boa is getting a meal that is just right or possibly on the small side, they deficate less freqently. Additionally we have a snake that does not and has not since brith defecated on any type of regular schedule (no real corelation with feeding) and has actually been growing at an increased rate when compared to his female sibling. It is my opinion that you should only be concerned if you can feel a hard mass just before the vent. This indicates that your snake needs to be soaked for about a half hour a day until defecation, longer then a week I would check into a vet visit. Again this is only my way of doing things but I do not think you have anything to worry about and extra soaking is not going to cause harm.
