OK I just got my rack and some of the v70 tubs delivered like 20 minutes ago. Right off the bat I can tell you that the v70s are way thicker and more durable than the CB-70s - they are also more opaque than the CB70s. So far they look superior - but I haven't gotten my snakes in them yet! If they work out as I suspect I'll be ordering some more for the rest of my collection soon.
