Forgive me for asking a strange question but I have a 5 month old male ball python and he seems to dwell on the cool side of his cage. I have checked and double check its temps with my heat gun and digital theometer-both day and night.Temps are fine. He has a fantastic feeding response and sheds fine. He has 3 hides - one on each side (warm and cool and a humidity hide) It does spend some time on the warmer side (usually right after feeding) and then right over to the cool side.
Does anybody elses ball do this? I wouldn't normally be asking but, here in Salem,MA we've had temps in the low to mid sixties with the temp dropping 5 to 10 degrees at night for the past week and a half. ----- 1.0 Green Iguana
