Give her a warm soak for about 30 min and see if that will loosen her up ?It will also help with hydration maintence.
Do to the regurg issue,no food for two weeks.It is prefered to allow the animal every chance to heal/correct its own issues before adding manufactured substances/assistance etc.

I was going to make a vet appointment and then today she regured the tail and back legs of the hopper. The front portion of the meal was hard as a rock.
