What's Wrong with my PRB?!?! Help!

I noticed this spot on his head about a week ago. Ever since then it seems to look worse every day. :'( I don't have any idea what could have caused this or what to do. Should i take him to a vet? Thanks for any help!



Here is the pic of his head and the strange spot in the middle of it. He's going into shed mode by the way...
