Ball python not eating..

About 2 months ago I bought a baby ball python. He went like 3-4 weeks without eating. I tried everything from warming up the frozen mice to "body temp" to placing him in a nother tank to feed him in. The one day he just ate. And he ate the next week too. But he hasnt eaten again for the past couple weeks. Any ideas to get him to eat? He seems to be hungry and his skin looks "loose."
