When i got my new snake 4 weeks agoshe would only eat from her favourite hide. I just placed the small mouse partially inside the hide at night and it was gone by morning since then she has eaten fine. From the advice that I was given loose skin can be a sign of dehyration so it might be usfull to give a soak for 5-10 mins in luke warm water. I wish you the best of luck, hope this helps and she starts to feed for you.
