You can try prekilling a mouse immediately before trying to feed it to her, leaving it in there over night... Also are you leaving the room when you feed her? My snakes won't eat unless they can't see anyone in the room. It also helps to turn the lights off.
You can also try bumping her down to hoppers, to see if maybe the size of the mice is intimidating her. At the very least, you'll get something in there, and hopefully she'll start taking mice after that.
Also make sure she's nice and warm. The babies we have at my work (I work at a petstore) won't eat unless their cage is good and warm, and they haven't been handled a whole lot prior to eating.
