There really isn't a danger of picking up parasites during outdoor shots like that.
Snake or reptile mites need to feed on reptile blood and unless there's an abundance of mite infested reptiles running around your yard for some strange reason there shouldn't be a danger.
Any mites that may have somehow ended up in your yard would simply die off without host reptiles to feed upon.
As for ticks well they're pretty obvious.
It is pretty easy to check your snake for ticks.
