I would cover the windows with heavy, dark curtains to eliminate the natural daylight that would filter in the room. I doubt it would have any significant lasting effect on the animals. I would change it cold turkey, rather than some kind of gradual . Just give them one 24 hour period of light or dark, then resume on the flipped schedule. I think they'll adjust just fine within a few days. [ Hide Replies ]
