I guess alot would have to do with room size ect.

Our snake room is 12X14 and we run one unit made by Holmes*

Got'em awhile back at Target on a 2 fer deal. They work great!!

"ONLY" negitive is the filters that fit them are off the shelves now and purchaseing replacements are a PITA !!We have to purchase others and then cut them to fit.The water treatment is rotated every few tanks to keep the scum buildup down.

So..... I would recommend just about any unit that runs a "square" type filter.Oversize filters can be reduced and the round ones can be split and then squared to fit.
