Do beardies drool?

When I woke up this morning I noticed that Lizzy (an adult male that we rescued a year ago) had a droplet of what looked like drool on his beard. I couldn't tell if it came from his mouth or nose. It was thick like beardie saliva. Probably nothing to worry about. But I've been watching him closely lately because his eyes water sometimes for no apparent reason. The vet treated him for an eye infection a few months ago but it didn't resolve the eye watering problem. I was just hoping that maybe someone else has dealt with this before.
