They will have the answers you need over there. Can't tell you much about Cubans other than they have a reputation for getting big (11') with an attitude to match. Don't make any judgements about the snake until you see it in person. Just like other animals and people, maybe this is just a small individual and not necessarily stunted. If it is indeed stunted, it will most likely look emaciated or at least thin and overall unhealthy. Why does your coworker want to get rid of it?
