we've had Batista for over two years, and he's been healthy and happy, as far as we know. however, he has a daily ritual of trying to escape. he's in a 40 gallon breeder, and we change his tank every month or so, to keep him from getting bored. we have found that when we put too much in the cage, like too many mountains of rocks or tree branches, he stops running up the walls. however, he seems to become constipated from the lack of running.
i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this running up the walls, and i wanted to know if it is what most juveniles do to get their energy out. when we take him out to let him run around, he usually runs to the closest wall, and tries to run up it. i was just trying to figure the little guy out, and any advide or observations would be great.
