Incubator Fans- Where to get & wiring?

Hey,

I'm building a NERD-style incubator and need to get some high quality fans to put in it. Questions- Where do you get them and how do you wire them it? Don't tell me to pull one out of an old computer, now- they aren't powerful enough!
