Steve, I would say those computer fans are definately powerful enough. You don't want the fans blowing so much that it dries out your eggs. You just want enough to circulate the air. Radioshack has a nice assortment of fans. The fans I purchased for my incubator are about 1.5" in diameter and they can be wired into a standard 12V 1000ma power supply. You can get 2 fans and power supply for around $50.
