yes folks I went on vacation for 1 week and left my snake sitter in charge(has snake sat for me a number of times).

Well I come into the apartment and head for my crop of new babies to find that all the cages were open. I have the vision 1540 cage I think(holds 22, was holding 12 currently). guess he didn't push the tanks back far enough. He was last here Friday night.

Well almost my entire season(12)(100% het for albino) of babies was out, only two stayed in the cage. So that put 10 baby snakes some were only about 2 weeks old don't even have pictures of yet. So can you see me crying yet? My snake sitter came back over and helped me look as of this point all the newest(smallest) ones are back, and 3 of my 6 older ones are still not found. I haven't even checked to see what sexes are still missing yet.

in blankets, under the couch, under shoes, in broom closet are just a few of the hiding places. I think one was in the bathroom(my medicine cabinet was trashed) and it could have went down the sink but I am not sure. Others could be under the stove in the kitchen or the fridge maybe?? I have tore my entire 900 sq foot apartment apart where else could they be?

so ya I am not having a good night, kind of hard to deal with when you have worked so hard to get those babies(almost 3 years of working two jobs to pay for all of this).

well back to searching I go, and next time no snake sitter. It isn't like they needed one just nice to give them fresh water and to spray them down since they were all shedding.
