After you've had him a while you will be able to notice the faint color change before a shed. It's when you look at him and you say to yourself " his colors aren't as bright as they used to be". That when you need to spray/raise humidity. Like the other response said, he will become less active and remain in his hide even after dark. By the way, he looks great. Joe
