There are alot of morphs that have clear bellies and alot that dont. Some people look at the clear belly as a marker trait when the animal exhibits other traits that are uncharacteristic of "normal" ball pythons

with that said we all have dinking projects that have animals with clear bellies....its ball pythons, we get excited over nothin......haha
