But have you considered cleaning your cages more often???
I also use those cage liners. I clean my cages completely once a week. I clean them more often if my snakes deficate, urinate, spill the water, or just have a heavy water build up on the doors. Sometimes there's just too much humidity ya know. 
Anyway if you're only cleaning your cages every two weeks and you have "mold" then,..... You need to clean more often.
