you will notice ice forming on the wings of the plane. They probably don't regulate the cabin temperature much in cargo flights, helps reduce cost.
I had a Delta shipment come in in January after being grounded in Atlanta (they route all shipments through there) because of snow. That was a headache, but everything arrived okay.
Delta does a good job, and they stand behind their business, but sometimes I worry.
